About Us
Tyler Sheetmetal is a privately owned, customer focused family business which was started in 1979 by Joe & Kathie Tyler with the help of their hard-working children. We started working out of a barn at home then moved to our next location off SE 25th Street in Oklahoma City. After several years we outgrew this location and moved to our current location in August 2000. After the Founders Joe & Kathie retired, and their son Shane retained ownership in January 2018 with his spouse & business partner Gina. This remarkable team works relentlessly to preserve the value, exceptional quality of our products, and customer service to our industry. Shane and Gina strive to be the leader in the commercial & industrial HVAC world. Soon after college, their son Houston and daughter Hartley joined the company full time. Just like their parents and grandparents incredible work ethic, they worked tirelessly for years to become experts in their respective fields. As a result, Tyler Sheetmetal has become one of the largest and most capable HVAC sheet metal companies in the State of Oklahoma.

Capabilities
We have a large field workforce who have many years of experience installing duct, roof top units, and various other support components, and a huge sheetmetal shop with many more very knowledgable employees who fabricate most of the duct we install. All of this experience and capability combined with the latest technology from lasers and Remote Total Stations for precise layouts, to the automated shop coil lines which is fed rolls of steel to complete finished square duct with the liner and flanges- ready to go, and the Plasma Tables which rapidly cut programmed pieces and parts for specialized components; making Tyler Sheetmetal the front-runner in the industry. In addition, we have a welding and fabrication area of our shop that specializes in fabrication of heavier steel and iron projects supporting various small and large manufacturing industries, assembly line plants, oilfield, and government and military operations. As you can see, we can meet your needs.

We provide fabrication and installation of square and round spiral duct. Whether you need S-Lock & Drive, TDF Flanged, Ductmate square duct or Spiral galvanized, stainless, double-wall or lined, we've got you covered. We even have "paint grip" for those painted projects.

- Purpose: There are many debates on fossil fuels, solar power, and wind power. Energy conservation is always a priority. With this in mind, heat in the winter and cooling in the summer is essential. The various buildings Oklahomans visit, reside, or work in, need this heating and cooling. Our homes need it. Medical, Casinos, and other industries need air filtration. We are here to provide this service. An interesting quote heard from Shane, the owner; “HVAC seems pretty complicated for just moving air from one place to another”. This is a perfect explanation of the trade but with many years of experience, Shane makes it look easy. Tyler Sheetmetal takes on the challenge and masters the HVAC trade.
